Silom Spa services menu offers massage and natural aesthetic treatments. The products used belong to Panpuri, the most prestigious and luxurious brand in Thailand, which are 100% natural and based on essential oils, herbs and spices with healing qualities, well-known and used in Asia since ancient times.
The treatment zone is an isolated shelter which provides peace and comfort. It is divided into five rooms, totally individual, completely equipped and exceptionally decorated representing the Five Elements: wood, stone, metal, water and fire.
Our relax lounge allows you to rest your senses before and after the treatment, with a herbal infusion, carefully chosen, which will provide you with the serenity that your mind needs.

Our staff of Thai professionals, with a specialized training, certified by the Po Temple in Bangkok and by the Health Ministry of Thailand, have a long professional career at the best Spas in Asia. SPA RULES
RESERVATIONS
In order to avoid any disappointment, please book all Spa treatments in advance. The treatments can be purchased individually or as a Gift Voucher.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to fill in the required documentation, providing the Spa with necessary contact details and medical information.
Arriving in advance will also allow you to get ready for your treatment, relax and enjoy the facilities
AGE RESTRICTIONS
The minimum age required in order to be a customer and use the Spa is 16 years old.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could interfere with your chosen treatment when you make your reservation.
Silom Spa will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries suffered by the client before the treatment.
PREGNANCY
We have special treatments for future mothers. Please inform us of your circumstance and we will advise you the best therapies during this special moment.
TELEPHONES
The atmosphere of the Spa aims at reducing stress, so we would be grateful if you could turn off your mobile phone before entering the Spa. Remember that you are doing something very good for your mind and body. So switch yourself off and let others do the same.
CLOTHES
The Spa provides you with towels, clothes and disposable underwear during your stay. Some treatments can be done totally dressed, but others must be done without clothes. The therapists will treat your body in a professional manner, but some zones of the body are not subject to treatment.
COMMUNICATION
It is perfectly acceptable to let the therapist know your preferences, such as the areas of the body that require more attention, or if the temperature of the room and the music volume are adequate.
SPA RESTRICTIONS
The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited in our facilities.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available if you want to surprise someone special with our fantastic treatments. Please, contact Silom Spa for further information. We will be pleased to help you choose the perfect present.
SPA BOUTIQUE
In order to continue the experience of the Spa at home, all the products used in Silom Spa treatments are available in our boutique. Ask for our gift special packs.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened products may be exchanged up to fifteen days after purchase with the original invoice. No cash refunds will be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As the treatments that you have selected are especially reserved for you, please give us a minimum of twenty-four hours notice of any cancellations.
In the case of Gift Vouchers, they will be cancelled if the reservation is cancelled or modified later that the previously mentioned deadline.
PAYMENT POLICY
Silom Spa accepts cash payments and most credit cards.
OPENING TIMES
The Spa opens daily from 11.00 am to 9.30 pm. The last treatment will start at 8.00 pm.
