Our mission at Silom Spa has always been to take care of the client, and we are especially committed to prevention to be a COVID-FREE spa.

Our prevention specialists, together with our team and the association of spas and beauty centers ‘Spa Bcn Connect’ have developed a security protocol in the center to be able to serve clients safely.

Remind them that the virus does not spread through skin contact, so we want to send you a message of calm and confidence, since Silom Spa will comply with all the necessary hygiene protocol to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.

Security Protocol

  • We measure the body temperature of each client with reservation for treatment.
  • The masseurs wash their hands with soap and water and apply hydro alcoholic gel before and after each treatment
  • The masseurs use a mask and a protective face shield to carry out all the treatments. They use disposable gloves if the client requires it.
  • We disinfect all massage rooms with products endorsed by the Ministry of Health. We ventilate them after each use.
  • In treatments, single-use disposable material is used: underwear, slippers, stretcher heads and sheets.
  • The towels are washed at 90º in industrial washing machines and a sanitizing treatment is performed for the textile.
  • We have individual Jacuzzis, which are disinfected before and after each treatment.
  • We have showers inside each room, which can be used by the client if they wish and which are disinfected before and after each use.
  • We have taken extreme measures of cleaning and disinfection in common areas.
  • The Front desk, relaxation room and waiting room are provided with separating partitions, to guarantee security.
  • Common spaces are purified with Hepa 13 filter purification systems, activated carbon and Nano Silver Technology.
  • We have incorporated the sanitizing formula * AIRSAFE * into our corporate aroma, through the nebulizer that we have installed, and that contains the active ingredients authorized by the official organisms for virus control.
  • The entire Silom Spa team has been trained in the health protocol and an internal policy has been established against Covid-19.

What do We expect from You?

We hope that you continue to trust us and that you collaborate with the necessary measures to help us preserve security conditions.

  • The use of the hydro alcoholic solution that you will find in the reception, massage rooms and common areas of Silom Spa is mandatory.
  • It is mandatory to protect your mouth and nose with a mask.
  • In case of symptoms or fever, we ask you to postpone the visit to avoid the risk of contagion.
  • Call in advance to make the reservation and have the aspects related to the treatment arranged in advance, to minimize the time in the reception of Silom Spa.
  • Companions of clients with reservations are not allowed to wait in the common areas of the spa.
